French Onion Soup

French Onion Soup

I tried the French Onion Soup, and it was awesome from the first sip. The broth was warm and yummy, with sweet onions cooked for a long time. It had beef fat, butter, and a tiny bit of sherry taste that made it nice and cozy.

The crunchy Holland Rusk croutons were my favorite, they got a little soft in the soup but still crunchy when I ate them. The Swiss and Parmesan cheese on top was melty and salty, and it made every bite super tasty. The soup, croutons, and cheese were perfect together.

Just like the Tomato Basil Soup, this is another bowl of pure comfort, but instead of a creamy, herby richness, you get a deep, savory warmth with caramelized onions and gooey cheese in every bite.
